The District Health Department on account of the world Anti -Tobacco day celebration: promoting awareness and eradication campaigns invited an inter school Painting competition in Leh. It proved yet another forum for our student, master Jigmet Norboo ,Std 9th to bring home the 1ST PRIZE winner award. His ART form did not just depict visual elegance but the message from his art was notable, appreciable and impactful! Congratulations!
